Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the

  Boomi platform expert

  , ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and availability.
• Support architects with

  platform standards, governance

  , and integration best practices.
• Enable teams to build robust

  Boomi-based integration solutions

  .
• Manage platform lifecycle—

  upgrades, patches, connectors, new features

  .
• Implement and enforce

  security, monitoring, and compliance

  across integrations.
• Advise teams on

  performance tuning, retries, error handling, logging strategies

  .
• Troubleshoot platform and integration issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain

  platform documentation

  : diagrams, flow docs, configurations.
• Contribute to

  change & release management

  for platform updates and deployments.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with

  Boomi AtomSphere

• Integration design patterns (API, event-driven, EDI, file-based)
• XML, JSON, CSV, X12, EDIFACT
• Cloud integration (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Performance tuning, observability, logging, troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

• Boomi certifications
• Experience with

  CoE models

  and platform governance
