Position : Solution Deployment Engineer (East - Contract) Location :Bokaro , Rohatas , Jharsuguda Position Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Solution Deployment Engineer to join our Solution Consulting and Delivery department. This role is focused on ensuring the seamless deployment and management of Infinite Uptime solutions across multiple client plants within the designated cluster. Key Responsibilities : Perform JB (junction box) fixing, cable laying, and sensor installation as part of the solution deployment. Ensure the installation and configuration of hardware components (sensors, routers, SMPS, etc.) are completed efficiently and according to project specifications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the installation and deployment phases. Resolve issues related to sensor disconnections, router malfunctions, or any other hardware-related problems at the plant sites. Manage replacements and upgrades of sensors, routers, SMPS, and junction boxes when required. Ensure the continued functionality and uptime of Infinite Uptime solutions at deployed sites, responding quickly to any outages or system failures. Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored technical solutions. Offer on-site support and guidance to clients throughout the implementation process. Collaborate with the project management team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure the successful completion of tasks on time, within scope, and to the required standards. Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices when handling electrical equipment and conducting installations. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the deployment process. Qualifications & Skills ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Bachelor s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (preferred). 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in solution engineering, electrical installations, or similar roles. Experience with electrical panels, sensors, and other related equipment. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and installations. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety practices when working with electrical equipment. Proficient in using tools safely, particularly when working on electrical panels. Communication & Teamwork: Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams. Travel: Must be willing to travel to various plant sites as required by the deployment schedule.
