About the Role Liaise with customers' on-site interfaces to complete the scope of work. Report any issues with the product's design or installation to internal relevant owners. Maintain a Site Diary detailing activities and key events during the course of the project Complete a Commissioning / Handover Report upon project completion. Ensure weekly time sheets & expenses are submitted in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Undertake Site Installation, Commissioning, Training, Handover, and Start-up activities on a project-by-project basis of electronic security systems (CCTV, PA System, Time & Attendance, Fire Alarm, Gate Automation). Undertake problem-solving and troubleshooting skills as part of normal commissioning duties. Professionally report project progress and current status to internal and external stakeholders. To conduct site surveys for CCTV, PA, Time & Attendance, Fire Alarm System, and Gate Automation projects with accurate measurements and propose required equipment for the project. To prepare installation report, signoff report, and connectivity diagrams, and assist in preparing as-built drawings with equipment position and cable routes as required for the project. Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent). Experience: Minimum of 2+ years as a Service Engineer with a focus on ELV and IBMS systems. Knowledge of executing multiple ELV large projects, Fit-Out Projects, and integrated systems like BMS, FAS, and ELV. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects, lead cross-functional teams, and liaise with consultants and clients. Key Skills Strong technical knowledge of ELV, IBMS, and BMS systems. Proficiency in reviewing designs, BOQs, and technical documents. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
