Senior Engineer - Reliability Engineering (South - IDRS)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer in Reliability Engineering to join our IDRS department. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in the field and will be responsible for ensuring the Equipment reliability and performance. Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement reliability programs and processes to boost product performance and minimize downtime. Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Collaborate cross-functionally to address reliability concerns. Collect and analyze data to identify potential failure modes. Develop and maintain digital reliability records and performance metrics. Lead a data collection team, providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians. Contribute to design reviews, focusing on Integrated Digital Reliability Services. Stay up-to-date on reliability engineering best practices and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field. Mandatory: Mobius CAT-2 or CAT-3 certification. 3-6 years of experience in Condition Based Monitoring. Multiple certifications in Condition Based Techniques are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Expertise in reliability analysis tools and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
