As a Solutions Consultant within our Hospitality Cloud division, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the technical capabilities of Cvent's software solutions to drive new business acquisitions within our Hospitality Cloud client base. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the Sales Executive team, conducting product training for new hires, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales representatives throughout the sales cycle. Each day in this role presents a variety of activities and projects, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training sessions for new sales hires and internal transfers - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the product pipeline - Support sales representatives in engaging with prospects and addressing usage issues - Assist prospective customers in understanding how Cvent's technology platform aligns with their needs - Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations to showcase the value of Cvent's solutions Qualifications: - Proficiency in developing relationships over the phone - Willingness to accommodate flexible work hours for scheduled demos - Strong listening and communication skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with multiple teams - Demonstrated competence in managing projects independently - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Highly organized with effective schedule management and follow-up capabilities - Team player with a proactive approach to contributing to team initiatives - Proficient in office software applications - Experience with sales automation tools like Salesforce.com and web collaboration platforms such as Zoom Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with Cvent software products, including Cvent Passkey, Cvent Transient, Cvent Event Diagramming, Cvent Business Intelligence, and Cvent Lead Scoring tools Join us at Cvent and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth in the hospitality technology industry.,
