In this role at Cvent, a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider, you will have the opportunity to work in the Hospitality Cloud business unit, focusing on selling the Supplier & Venue Solutions portfolio. As a Solutions Consultant, your main responsibility will be to showcase the technical aspects and components of Cvent's software solutions to secure new business licenses for Hospitality Cloud clients. Your day-to-day activities will be diverse, ensuring a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training for new sales hires and internal sales transfers in collaboration with the Sales Executive team. - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to build the product pipeline. - Engage with sales representatives throughout the sales cycle to support customer usage and address issues. - Assist prospective customers in understanding detailed product information based on their requirements. - Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations to demonstrate the value of Cvent's technology platform. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in developing relationships over the phone. - Willingness to adjust work hours as needed for demo schedules. - Strong listening and communication skills. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with multiple teams. - Capacity to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized in scheduling and follow-up tasks. - Team player who contributes to team initiatives. - Proficient in using general office software applications. - Experience with sales automation tools such as Salesforce.com and web collaboration platforms like Zoom. Additionally, experience with Cvent software products, including Cvent Passkey, Cvent Transient, Cvent Event Diagramming, Cvent Business Intelligence, and Cvent Lead Scoring, would be advantageous for this role.
