Solution Architect/Lead

As a Solution Architect at Quantanite, you play a vital role in architecting and prototyping scalable enterprise applications. Your responsibilities include: - Architecting and prototyping scalable enterprise applications, incorporating modern frameworks and selectively integrating AI technologies such as LLMs and GenAI to enhance functionality and automation. - Designing and maintaining enterprise-grade reference architectures supporting both conventional systems and emerging AI-enabled components. - Leading solution design for complex, multi-domain use cases across various areas ensuring AI is utilized effectively. - Driving client-facing solutioning engagements from discovery through to proposal, translating business requirements into technically sound solutions. - Developing reusable architecture components, templates, and toolkits for streamlined delivery and consistency. - Defining and scoping solution architectures, aligning with Sales and Solutions teams on timelines and resource plans. - Acting as a strategic technology advisor, presenting architecture alternatives and ROI impacts to client stakeholders. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and delivery alignment. - Contributing to internal innovation efforts including proof-of-concepts, best practices, and team enablement on GenAI capabilities. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. - 8+ years of experience in software and solution architecture, with exposure to modern AI technologies. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tooling is a plus. - Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering enterprise solutions across various domains. - Strong full-stack development background with proficiency in languages and frameworks. - Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices. - Experience in solution scoping, cost modeling, and proposal development for enterprise clients. - Proven ability to lead technical delivery and engage in consultative discussions. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex architectural concepts clearly. - Availability to work in or align closely with US time zones.
