Role & responsibilities

Purpose

Own the end-to-end functional, technical, and non-functional architecture of the Claims Platform for large, global insurers. This role ensures the platform is implemented correctly, integrated seamlessly into complex insurer ecosystems, and taken successfully from requirements to production go-liveoften by being on-site with the customer. This role acts as the single architectural authority across product, delivery, and customer IT and business teams.

Core Responsibilities

1. International On-Site Implementation Ownership (Mandatory)

• Must have travelled on-site outside India for enterprise insurance implementations.
• Led implementations from requirements analysis through UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Comfortable working directly with: Customer business teams (Claims, Operations) Customer IT, Security, and Architecture teams System Integrators and third-party vendors

• Enterprise Integration Ownership
• Hands-on experience integrating Claims platforms with: Policy Administration Systems CRM / Omni-channel platforms Document Management Systems (DMS) Payment, finance, and downstream systems External provider, TPA, and regulatory ecosystems
• Ownership of: API strategy Asynchronous processing Error handling, retries, and reconciliation End-to-end data consistency across systems

Experience Profile

12-18 years total experience 6-8+ years in Life & Health Claims platforms Proven on-site international delivery experience (APAC / EMEA / global)
