Solution Architect, RPA

YOU WILL BE:
As a Solution Architect for RPA, You design and deliver end to end automation solutions using industry leading RPA platforms for specific business problems and ensure the technical integrity of each solution; act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation. You lead the strategic vision, architecture standards and automation architecture. You guide the long-term roadmap for intelligent automation and ensure alignment across platforms and business functions. The identified individual will be leading or architecting the development, configuration, or modification of new RPA solutions for the business and resolving architectural or design deficiencies. In addition, this role provides consultation to help ensure new and existing software solutions are developed with insight into industry best practices, strategies, and architectures. This individual has a deep knowledge and understanding of Software and uses this insight to support Technology senior leadership. This includes partnering with Enterprise Architects and Other Principal Engineers to discuss long term Technology strategy and providing objective information and data to help inform and drive critical Technology decisions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Solution Design Architecture: - Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess feasibility. - Define the overall RPA architecture strategy aligned with enterprise digital goals. - Evaluate and select RPA platforms and tools; define architecture standards and best practices. - Design robust, scalable, and reusable RPA solutions using platforms like UIPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism. - Create end to end technical solution architecture documents, including workflows, integration patterns, exception handling and logging. - Recommend the right mix of attended/unattended boots, APIs, and AI components as needed.

Collaboration Delivery:
- Work closely with Business Analysts, developers, infrastructure teams and enterprise architects to ensure successful end to end automation delivery. - Review and validate solution designs from development teams, ensuring alignment with architecture best practices and performance benchmarks. - Support the development team during build, testing and deployment phases. - Contribute to estimation, planning and prioritization of automation backlogs.

Governance Standards:
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and data privacy standards. - Define and enforce libraries, and design patterns. - Participate in architectural review boards and solution walkthroughs.

Innovation Enablement:
- Stay updated on RPA and intelligent Automation trends, tools and techniques. - Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities, OCR, document processing, and workflow orchestration as part of broader solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and automation engineers. - Influence technology investments and roadmap decisions related to automation.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of overall Technology experience, with 3-5 years specifically in RPA architect or tech lead role. Deep hands-on experience with at least one leading RPA platforms (UIPath or Automation Anywhere preferred) Experience integrating RPA solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, custom apps, etc) String understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps Proficiency in process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation. Deep understanding of RPA platforms (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism), APIs and integration architecture and process orchestration. Strong analytical, communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills across cultures and timezones. Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable automation solutions. Proven collaboration with cross functional teams across geographies. Curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Comfortable to work up to 4 days a week in our Brookfield Place (NYC) Offices

PREFERRED SKILLS:
UIPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer certification. Exposure to AI/ML tools, document understanding, or process mining tools Experience with cloud-native RPA architectures Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines and containerization. Exposure to data and AI/ML architectures. Deep understanding and experience with many of the following technologies: CI / CD pipelines

Test Automation tools and frameworks
Jenkins / GoCD / CircleCI Python / Ruby / Javascript / Go / Scala / Java Splunk / ELK / LogSumo / CloudWatch Experience with digital commerce platforms (eg: Salesforce Commerce, Adobe experience cloud) Knowledge of enterprise systems - ERP, CRM and PLM Architectural certifications (eg: AWS certified architect, TOGAF, SAFe Architect) Strong grasp of compliance, security and data privacy in global retail environments. Proven experience in retail or consumer facing domains; luxury or premium brand experience is a plus. Experience working in global matrixed organizations, ideally within a GCC or COE setup. Strong experience of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), SaaS solutions, and integration strategies.
