Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Design scalable and robust software solutions for large-scale web applications using various technologies such as Java, QA, and others as necessary. Requirement Analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into architectural designs that align with business objectives. Technology Evaluation: Assess emerging technologies and tools, recommending their adoption to improve the architecture and development process. Design Patterns: Implement design patterns and architectural principles to create elegant and maintainable software solutions. Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural standards, design patterns, and coding best practices. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks through optimization techniques and architectural refinements. Scalability Planning: Develop solutions that can scale horizontally and vertically to meet increasing user demands and business needs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with backend developers, QA, and full-stack engineers as part of the delivery setup. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and developer guides. Client Facing: Work closely with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentorship: Provide guidance on architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices to junior developers. Involve in training and mentoring new team members. Role Clarity: This role involves direct contribution to code/design reviews as an individual contributor.
