Job Description The role owns the design & development of solution against the opportunity. Should be able to design the right fir technical solutions and defend the same with the customers in domains like Tx, IP, SD WAN, RAN , and core along with the required tool and automation needs. Objective of the position is increasing revenue, profitability, by providing market competitive solution. This is a tactical role which defines the direction of new solutions, processes, standards based upon business strategy or customer need, with a significant mid-term impact on business unit overall results. Responsibilities Serve as a technical expert on solutions design, development, and implementation requirements to address business needs. Analyze the functionality and constraints of recommended solution across multiple systems/platforms/applications. Scan the technology requirements of market, participate in product development activities, represent in customer / marketing forums to increase brand awareness. Ensure compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability of solutions. Design and deliver complex solutions as per customer requirements. Work with various stakeholders including sales, product, and engineering teams to jointly assess customer requirements. Work with clients, internal stakeholders to provide integrated solution across multiple products and domains to meet the client requirements. Provide expertise to internal teams and/or external vendors and partners to design complex solutions and ensure effective integration of the solution. Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout complete lifecycle of Pre-sales. The role may be an individual contributor or may lead a small team. Desired Skill sets Knowledge of working in multiple domains of telecommunications such as transport, IP, SD WAN , Cloud , RAN and core network with experience in at least two of the said domains. Ability to translate customer and business requirements into technical solutions. Knowledge and Understanding o telecommunication network management and automation needs and solutions. Experience in managing international customer opportunities Willing to travel to meet customer needs within and outside India Experience in managing RFP s for international customers
