Solution Architect- Oracle

We are seeking an Oracle CCS/CCB/C2M Technical Lead / Solution Architect with strong experience in end-to-end implementations for Utilities (Power, Water, Sewage Water). The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Oracle CCS architecture, OUAF framework, and functional modules, along with the ability to lead technical teams, engage with client stakeholders, and deliver enterprise-scale transformation programs.

  Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle CCS/CCB/C2M solutions.



• 
  

  Drive client workshops, discussions, and requirement gathering in large-scale transformation programs.



• 
  

  Design and review solution architecture, product configurations, and technical designs using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).



• 
  

  Collaborate with client SMEs and internal development teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery.



• 
  

  Review junior team members designs with a focus on end-to-end system impact.



• 
  

  Ensure integration of CCS with ERP, WAM, MDM, GIS, and field systems in the utility domain.



• 
  

  Guide development teams in preparing complex technical design documents from functional specifications.



• 
  

  Provide leadership in system architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and performance.



• 
  

  Stay updated on OCI, OIC, and SaaS integration models within the CCS ecosystem.



• 
  

  Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer architecture, data, and security forums.

• 
  

  8+ years of Oracle CCS/CCB/C2M experience (12+ years overall IT).



•

  Hands-on programming: Java, HQL, SQL, PL/SQL.

  Scripting expertise: Shell, Perl, Ant Script, WLST.

  Experience in AUS and/or US Utility markets.



• 
  

  Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

  Leadership experience in design reviews, mentoring, and delivery management.

  Ability to work in a global delivery environment with multiple stakeholders.

  Strong knowledge of C-Side and M-Side modules of Oracle CCS.

  Proven ability to lead architectural decisions across CCS modules.



• 
  

  Experience with cloud (OCI/OIC) and SaaS integration.



• 
  

  Familiarity with utility enterprise systems integration (ERP, WAM, GIS, MDM).

  Ability to develop complex technical design documents and solution frameworks.

  Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or foreign equivalent).

  In lieu of degree, 3 years of progressive IT experience per year of education considered.
