Job Description

As a Solution Architect Lead with expertise in MERN stack, you will be responsible for: - Designing and architecting scalable, enterprise-grade MERN stack applications. - Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and microservice-based architectures. - Leading discussions with stakeholders and driving technical decisions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, UI/UX) for end-to-end delivery. - Conducting performance tuning, architecture reviews, and security assessments. - Defining development standards and mentoring engineering teams. - Ensuring seamless integration with APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms. - Staying abreast of emerging technologies and continuously recommending stack improvements. Your qualifications should include: - Core Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js - Architecture: RESTful APIs, Microservices, Serverless Designs - Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP (Cloud-native architectures) - DevOps Tools: Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines - Security & Performance: Strong knowledge of best practices in architecture optimization and security - Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management - Nice to Have: GraphQL, Next.js, TypeScript, Data Visualization, AI/ML exposure,
