Job Description

Design, architect, and implement solutions within the
US Healthcare Payor domain
(CAPS environment).
Work extensively on
Facets
(or similar systems like QNXT / HRP) to develop and optimize healthcare administration solutions.
Leverage
AWS cloud services
for deployment, scalability, and integration of core applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, architecture review, and delivery planning.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and EDI formats (834, 837, 835).
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development and integration teams.
Participate in technical and managerial reviews to ensure solution quality and performance.
Strong experience in
US Healthcare Payor Domain
.
Hands-on experience with
Facets
(or QNXT / HRP).
Solid understanding of
AWS Cloud Architecture
(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
Experience in designing or leading projects involving
Core Admin Processing Systems (CAPS)
.
Familiarity with
EDI transactions
834 (Enrollment), 837 (Claims), and 835 (Payments).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
