Solution Architect - BFSI (Mumbai)

Role Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, designing, and governing technology solutions in alignment with our Delivery 2.0 paradigm and LRS goals. You will leverage your deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to architect robust, scalable, and low-latency backend systems for BFSI and enterprise clients. Youll drive architecture excellence, maximize framework adoption, and enable the delivery of differentiated, high-performance solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education:

  Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Architecture:

  Experience solution or enterprise architecture for BFSI, digital platforms, or enterprise technology projects.

• Java & Backend Expertise:

• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and building microservices-based architectures
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, low-latency, and high-availability backend systems
• Hands-on experience with API design, distributed systems, and backend performance optimization

• Frameworks/Delivery:

  Experience architecting solutions using reusable frameworks and accelerators.

• Cloud & DevOps:

  Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevSecOps practices.

• Compliance:

  Understanding of BFSI security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
