Position: Solution Architect

Location: Bangalore, Pune or Noida

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days max

Mandatory Skills: D365 crm and adobe Campaign

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Presales Engagement
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and craft winning proposals
• Bring consulting and solution driven approach to wining deals in CX solution area
• Drive discovery workshops to capture CX business objectives, pain points, and success metrics
• Solution Architecture & Design
• Define high-level and detailed solution blueprints spanning CRM, Commerce, ECM, Portals
• Rapidly prototype POCs and interactive demos showcasing solution value and extensibility
• Tailor demos to client-specific scenarios using CX platform SDKs and low-code tools
• Solution Delivery Guidance
• Partner with development and delivery teams to validate design, review code, and enforce best practices
• Contribute to development of reference architectures, reusable accelerators, and governance checklists

Required Qualifications

• Overall 15+ years of rich IT experience and 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, presales engineering, or senior consulting roles
• Proven track record architecting and delivering enterprise CX platforms services:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
• Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Commerce, Campaign, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)
• Liferay Digital Experience Platform or comparable portal/CMS solutions
• CX Consulting & advisory
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) and microservices architecture
