Solid Waste Management Plant Incharge

• Supervise daily plant operations including waste segregation, composting, RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) handling, and machinery upkeep.
• Lead, monitor, and train the site workforce, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, attendance, and dispatches.
• Ensure coordination with Municipal Corporation officials for waste supply and compliance reporting.
• Monitor weighbridge, vehicle movement, and RDF dispatch tracking.
• Liaise with the Head Office and Operations team for regular updates, technical issues, and resource requirements.
• Conduct periodic maintenance checks for plant equipment, conveyors, shredders, and compost units.
• Oversee housekeeping, hygiene, and safety standards across the facility.
• Support HR and Accounts departments with attendance data, local purchases, vendor coordination, and statutory documentation.
• Implement cost control measures and efficient manpower utilization.

Required Criteria & Experience:

• Candidate must be from Siliguri or adjacent areas.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in solid waste management, composting plant, or allied industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of waste processing technology, RDF management, and machinery handling.
• Proven ability to lead a large workforce (50+ manpower).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
