Key Responsibilities Supervise daily waste lifting activities across multiple wards as per assigned route plans. Coordinate and monitor the deployment and operation of JCB loaders , tippers , and other mechanized equipment. Ensure waste is collected on schedule and transported to the designated dumping/transfer station without delays. Maintain records of ward-wise lifting data, vehicle trips, fuel usage, and manpower deployment. Ensure regular servicing and upkeep of JCBs, tippers, and other operational machinery in coordination with the maintenance team.
