Coordinate and monitor the deployment and operation of JCB loaders , tippers , and other mechanized equipment. Ensure waste is collected on schedule and transported to the designated dumping/transfer station without delays. Maintain records of ward-wise lifting data, vehicle trips, fuel usage, and manpower deployment. Ensure regular servicing and upkeep of JCBs, tippers, and other operational machinery in coordination with the maintenance team. Allocate duties to field workers, helpers, drivers, and machine operators; manage attendance and shift rotation. Address any operational issues at ground level, including breakdowns, manpower shortages, or route diversions. Liaise with Howrah Municipal Corporation (HMC) officials, local ward representatives, and residents for smooth field operations. Experience: 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in industrial or environmental projects. Prior experience with Solid Waste Management projects is an advantage. Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD). Strong understanding of local building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
