Job Summary : The Soldering Technician is responsible for assembling and soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to company procedures, work instructions, and IPC standards. The technician ensures that all assemblies meet quality, reliability, and safety standards required by customers in an EMS environment. Key Responsibilities : Perform manual soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components on PCBs using soldering irons and other hand tools.
