For more details, please visit us at www.incredibledevices.in Position Overview The Medical Device Sales Manager will be a key player in driving the growth and success of our products in the Cardiology and Pulmonology sectors. This role involves a combination of sales, marketing, product demonstration, customer acquisition, and Installation. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on various responsibilities assigned by management. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets for the Catheter Balloon Reprocessing System and Ventilator Disinfection System. Implement marketing initiatives to promote brand awareness and product benefits. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Product Launches & Demonstrations: Lead the launch of new products, including planning, coordination, and execution. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals, hospital staff, and potential customers. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and engage with potential customers in the healthcare industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement officers. Manage customer accounts and ensure ongoing satisfaction with our products and services. Office & Administrative Responsibilities: Support various office-related tasks as assigned by managers, including report generation, data analysis, and project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Fresher/1 year of experience in medical device sales. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and medical device regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at Incredible Devices Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components on circuit boards, conducting hardware testing, troubleshooting electronics issues, and traveling to customer locations for installation and service calls. Key Responsibilities: Component Assembly : Assemble, install, and solder electronic components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) in compliance with technical specifications. Hardware Testing : Conduct functional and performance tests on electronic hardware to ensure device quality and reliability. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and repair issues related to electronic components and systems, ensuring rapid problem resolution. Installation & Service : Travel to client sites to install and set up medical devices, including automated reprocessing systems, and provide on-site maintenance and troubleshooting. Documentation : Maintain detailed records of assembly processes, testing results, troubleshooting steps, and service reports. Quality Assurance : Follow all industry standards and regulations related to medical devices to ensure products are safe, effective, and compliant. Qualifications: Education : Diploma or ITI in Electronics Experience :1 year of experience in electronics assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Experience working with medical devices is a plus. Technical Skills : Proficiency in soldering, PCB assembly, and basic electrical testing tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.). Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic circuits and hardware systems. Other Requirements : Willingness to travel for service calls, both domestically and internationally. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
