Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing professional to handle business development for solar products, transformers, and power equipment. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge and a proven record in B2B sales.

Key Skills & Requirements

· 4–5 years of experience in sales & marketing of Solar products, transformers, or electrical/power equipment.

· Strong technical knowledge of solar systems, power backup equipment, and electrical distribution products.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.

· Ability to meet targets and work under deadlines.

· Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently.

· Proficiency in MS Office, proposal drafting, and CRM tools (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships in the solar, transformer, and power equipment sector.

· Generate leads, conduct client meetings, product presentations, and prepare proposals.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.

· Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood.

· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide strategic inputs to management.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, reports, and customer interactions.

· Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.

· Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and order closing.
