Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Trainer located in Hyderabad. The Solar Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for new and current employees, ensuring adherence to best practices in solar technology and safety standards. The role involves preparing instructional materials, delivering hands-on training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing feedback and mentorship to trainees. Additionally, the Solar Trainer will stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the solar industry to keep the training curriculum relevant.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and conducting training programs
• Knowledge of solar technology, safety and Sales standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare instructional materials and evaluate training effectiveness
• Capability to provide feedback and mentorship to trainees
• Hands-on sales, installation and maintenance experience in solar projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is advantageous
