Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Installation Service Technician located in Solapur. The Installation Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar systems. Daily tasks include traveling to customer sites, ensuring customer satisfaction, performing field service tasks, and effectively communicating with customers to address and resolve their needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Troubleshooting and Field Service
• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
• Technical diploma or equivalent training in a related field is preferred (ITI DIPLOMA ELECTRICAL)
