A Solar Trainer educates individuals and groups on the theory and practice of solar energy systems, covering installation, maintenance, testing, and safety. Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, providing hands-on experience with solar components, creating and updating training materials, and assessing trainee competency. This role requires strong technical knowledge of solar PV technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learning styles and experience levels.
