They follow safety protocols, work with electrical systems, and ensure panels are properly aligned and efficient. Their work includes site assessments, installing panels, connecting them to the electrical grid, testing the system, and performing routine maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Site Assessment: Evaluating the suitability of a location for solar panel installation, considering factors like roof slope, sunlight exposure, and shading. Installation: Measuring, cutting, and assembling support structures for solar panels. Installing panels, modules, and support structures according to building codes and standards. Connecting panels to the electrical system. Applying weather sealant to equipment. System Testing: Verifying that the system is functioning correctly and meeting performance standards. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on existing systems. Troubleshooting and repairing any issues. Documentation: Keeping records of installations and maintenance activities. Safety: Following safety protocols and ensuring a safe work environment.
