Solar Technician

🌞 Position: Solar Service Technician (Nvites — Full JD)📍 Location: Bhopal 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & interview) 🕒 Experience: Minimum 6 months (solar/field service preferred) 🚀 Opportunity — Join the Green Revolution!Join a growing solar service team and work hands-on to install, service, and replace solar PV systems across Bhopal. If you enjoy field work, solving electrical problems, and making sustainable energy reliable — this role is for you. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Carry out end-to-end installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and balance-of-system components. Perform regular service, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely replacement of faulty modules/inverters/batteries. Execute DC/AC wiring, earthing, and string connections following safety and electrical norms. Test system performance (IV curve, string testing, insulation, voltage/current checks) and record site data. Coordinate with site supervisors, customers, and vendors for smooth execution and timely handover. Maintain accurate service reports, spares usage logs, and update work orders in the system. Ensure tools, safety gear, and on-site housekeeping are maintained to standards. Adhere strictly to electrical safety regulations and company SOPs during all field activities. 🎯 Requirements:Minimum 6 months experience in solar installation/service or related electrical field work. Basic understanding of PV module characteristics, inverters, batteries, and charge controllers. Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and on outdoor sites. Good troubleshooting skills for electrical and system performance issues. Ability to read basic electrical & mounting drawings; willingness to learn AutoCAD/Site drawings if required. Physically fit, safety-conscious, and customer-friendly.
