Job Description

Role name: Solar Site Technician Location: Uttar Pradesh Role description : The Site Technician will be responsible for assisting the Site Engineers in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar plants, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities: Assist the Site Engineer in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar plants. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with industry standards and health and safety regulations. Troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation. Provide technical support and training to other team members as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Knowledge of solar energy systems and their components. Familiarity with construction sites, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Willingness to travel to project sites across India. Show more Show less
