Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Solar Site Engineer to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power projects. You'll ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management:

- Oversee solar panel installation, electrical connections, and system integration.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory requirements.

2. Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budgets.

- Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.

3. Technical Expertise:

- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform testing, and commissioning of solar systems.

- Ensure systems meet performance and quality standards.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and issues.

- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in solar project development, installation, or maintenance.

3. Skills:

- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical engineering principles, and safety protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead teams.
