About GVM Solar

GVM Solar is one of India’s emerging solar panel manufacturers with a state-of-the-art 60 MW production facility. We specialize in high-efficiency poly, mono PERC, and TOPCon modules, and offer complete EPC services across residential, commercial, and utility segments.

We are looking for an experienced Solar Marketing & Sales Manager who understands how to sell across the entire solar value chain — from OEMs to B2B clients, agricultural pump dealers, and direct B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase module sales across OEM, EPC, and retail networks.
• Identify, onboard, and manage dealers/distributors across India.
• Generate business leads for solar modules and turnkey EPC projects.
• Build strong relationships with pump integrators, solar kit vendors, and installers.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
• Prepare and present market insights, competitor analysis, and monthly sales reports.
• Represent GVM Solar at expos, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years experience in solar module or EPC sales.
• Strong understanding of solar product marketing (poly, mono, TOPCon).
• Proven track record in B2B and OEM client handling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
