Solar O&M Manager

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily performance via SCADA & field data.
Plan & execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Manage site teams, spare parts, and vendors.
Prepare regular O&M reports and ensure compliance with safety & ISO standards.
Coordinate with clients, EPC/OEM vendors, and DISCOMs.

Requirements:

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, transformers, and switchyards.
Hands-on experience with SCADA and data analysis.
Safety or Electrical Supervisor certification preferred.
