Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Solar Installer is located in Tiruchirappalli. The Solar Installer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems. Daily tasks include working with hand and power tools, setting up solar systems, and ensuring all installations comply with safety standards. The candidate will also be required to troubleshoot issues and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Solar Power and Solar Systems
Experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
Familiarity with the Solar Industry
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
Relevant certification or training in solar installation is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
