Solar Engineer

Job Title:

• Site Inspections & Assessments
• Install, maintain and monitor solar energy systems
• Ensure solar energy systems are installed as per the approved drawings
• Organize and prioritize the time and schedule to meet the deliverables on time
• Co-ordinate with the Contractor to mobilize the teams as per the schedule
• Preparation of documents related to the deliverables of the projects
• Liaison and correspondence with the clients and the partners in projects
• Provide technical advice to the clients and colleagues if required
• Able to travel to multiple sites across India according to the project duration

Solar Engineer Requirements & Skills:

• A good degree in engineering or a related field
• Experience of working with solar energy systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detailed understanding of solar engineering principles
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• 5 years + experience in the solar projects
• Knowledge of Electrical equipment, Switchgears & protections.
• Knowledge about Power distribution network including HT & LT network Dist.
• Well conversant with MS Office tools & AutoCAD Software
• Assisting and guiding the sub-ordinates / colleagues to meet the delivery deadlines.
• Maintain records of projects being executed, regular reporting to senior management & provide feedback & remedial solutions time to time for any issues.
• Addressing all the project related issues raised by the Client & keeping records of same.
