Solar Design Engineer

You should have a good knowledge of solar/renewable energy and be proficient in creating site layouts in AutoCAD for Utility and Commercial scale solar projects. You will be responsible for creating sheet sets for electrical and structural disciplines under engineer supervision. Efficient time management across multiple projects is essential, as well as coordinating with clients to meet their expectations. It is important to gain deep knowledge of PV system components such as modules, racking, inverters, and Balance of Systems (BOS). You should be capable of working with and seeking support from other engineers for guidance. Ensuring compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes is a key aspect of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule involves day and morning shifts, with a performance bonus offered.
