We are Hiring for Draughtsman (Solar) Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Experience: Minimum 3 years in the solar industry Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draughtsman with a strong background in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience preparing comprehensive drawing and document sets using CAD software, with a focus on solar project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed Solar Site Setting Out Layouts . Develop Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) . Create General Arrangement (GA) Layouts for equipment. Design Foundation Layouts for solar installations. Prepare accurate and comprehensive Load Schedule Documents . Generate and manage other technical documentation relevant to solar energy projects. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications. Must-Have Qualifications: Proficiency in AutoCAD with hands-on experience. In-depth understanding of solar industry design requirements. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with SketchUp or other 3D design software. Familiarity with structural and electrical components in solar PV systems.
