We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Software Tester / QA Engineer to join our fast-growing tech team. You will play a critical role in validating the quality and reliability of our platforms, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and security. Your contributions will directly influence the success of solutions that serve thousands across the healthcare and logistics ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases based on product requirements and specifications. - Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and UI/UX testing across web and mobile platforms. - Identify, document, and track bugs or discrepancies using tools like Monday.com. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure test coverage and timely releases. - Review requirement documents, system specifications, and user stories to develop robust test plans. - Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, including test automation and test data management. - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA best-practice discussions. - Create and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation. Required Qualifications: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in software testing or quality assurance. - Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Proficiency in writing detailed test cases, test scripts, and defect reports. - Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman or similar is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate within cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills (Bonus): - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Knowledge of API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured. - Awareness of security and compliance testing for healthcare/pharma applications example HIPPA or others.
