Software Test Engineer

The role of a Software Test Engineer I at our company will involve contributing to our product roadmap and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products and services. You will be responsible for developing and executing automated and performance testing for assigned projects to meet project milestones and specifications. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing automated and performance tests, reporting issues and results, identifying root causes of issues, and ensuring that testing aligns with stakeholder requirements. You will also be involved in researching and implementing tools to enhance testing capabilities and product quality, as well as identifying opportunities for automation to improve testing efficiency. Collaboration with QA/testing staff, project managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts will be essential in conducting project reviews, enhancing test planning and execution methodologies, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Your strong understanding of QA methodologies, process improvement, and the software development process will be valuable in driving quality assurance/testing practices and executing performance and automation testing. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of QA Test Engineering experience, along with a BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent. Strong project management, communication, and testing skills are essential, along with the ability to work within budgets and stay updated on industry trends. Your attention to detail, research skills, and commitment to continuous improvement will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
