Software Test Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Test Engineer with strong expertise in DO-178C standards and testing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on involvement in IV&V activities, excellent programming skills, and experience working with testing and analysis tools.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience implementing DO-178C standards
• Hands-on experience with Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V)
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming
• Expertise using testing tools such as LDRA / Coverity
• Experience with VxWorks, Workbench/GNU tools, Linux, etc.
• Experience with Safety Level B or above is an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate artefacts as per DO-178C guidelines
• Prepare test cases and procedures for Unit, Integration, Functional, and System Testing
• Perform code review and coverage using static analysis (MISRA C compliance)
• Conduct software testing using LDRA / Coverity
• Prepare certification liaison documents and coordinate with certifying agencies
• Review software artefacts and prepare review reports as per DO-178C standards
