Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Provide support to end users in Singapore market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.
· Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue
· Perform data migration works
· Conduct product (Software) training to end users.
· Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Involve in ad-hoc project.
· Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.
Work Timing
· General Shift (06:30 AM IST - 03:30 PM IST)(Monday to Friday)
· Mandatory to work from Office
