Provide technical support for our software applications via email, chat, ticketing systems, and customer calls. Troubleshoot issues related to functionality, performance, and usability. Document issues clearly and escalate them to QA or development teams as needed. Assist users with installations, updates, and usage best practices. Handle customer support calls to understand, resolve, or escalate software-related concerns in a professional manner. You will be required to visit the customer's location for installation, and sometimes to resolve queries on-site.
