Software Solution Sales Executive

You are a highly motivated and results-driven Software Solution Sales Executive who will join a dynamic sales team. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and selling tailored software solutions that address business needs. To succeed in this role, you will need to: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and market research. - Understand client requirements and present suitable software solutions. - Deliver compelling product presentations and software demos to prospects. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to tailor solutions. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in B2B software sales or IT solution selling. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. - Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Preferred qualifications include experience in SaaS, Cloud, ERP, or Enterprise software sales, as well as prior experience selling into mid-size or enterprise businesses.
