Software Quality Assurance Tester

You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to developing cutting-edge surgical robotics solutions at our location in Vapi, Gujarat. As a Software QA Tester, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our software products meet the highest standards of safety, performance, and reliability. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with developers and product teams to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Your key responsibilities will include performing manual and automated testing using tools such as Selenium and Postman, as well as conducting regression, performance, and API testing. You will be responsible for tracking and managing defects using tools like JIRA and Bugzilla and ensuring complete test coverage across the software development life cycle. Additionally, you will validate software updates within CI/CD pipelines and document test results, bugs, and QA metrics. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in software QA/testing. Strong skills in manual and automated testing methodologies, familiarity with bug tracking tools, and hands-on experience with Selenium, Postman, and JUnit are essential. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, SDLC principles, and regulatory standards is also crucial. Your detail-oriented nature, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will be key to your success in this role. Preferred qualifications include experience testing medical devices or surgical robotics software, knowledge of IEC 62304 and related medical regulations, exposure to Python or Bash scripting, and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
