Software Marketing & IT Bidding Executive

Position: IT Marketing / Software Marketing / Client Acquisition & IT Bidding Specialist Company: B2World (BTOW Pvt. Ltd.) Job Type: Remote | Target / Commission-Based 1. Employment Nature This position is target-based and commission-driven. The candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly project acquisition targets as defined by the company. There is no fixed salary component unless the monthly target is achieved. 2. Compensation Policy Base Salary Eligibility: The employee will be eligible to receive the base salary only upon achieving the minimum monthly target (i.e., successfully acquiring at least two (2) IT projects per month). If the employee fails to achieve the minimum target in any given month, no salary will be disbursed for that month. Deferred Payment Clause: If the employee fails to meet the target in one month but achieves the target in the following month, the company will release the current month’s salary along with the previous month’s pending salary, provided that both months’ targets are achieved cumulatively. Commission & Incentives: Commission will be paid for each project successfully acquired and initiated by the client. Commissions are released only after the client makes the initial payment to the company. Additional incentives and rewards will be provided for securing more than two (2) projects in a single month. 3. Targets & Performance The minimum compulsory target is to secure at least two (2) successful projects per month through recognized platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, LinkedIn, etc.). Performance will be evaluated monthly based on the number and quality of secured projects. Continuous failure to achieve targets for three consecutive months may result in suspension or review of the employment status. 4. Work Responsibilities Identify, generate, and manage leads for IT projects across freelancing and professional platforms. Prepare and submit high-quality project proposals. Negotiate project scope, terms, and pricing with potential clients. Coordinate with the internal technical and operations team for support when necessary. Maintain strong client communication and pursue long-term relationship opportunities. 5. Work Mode This is a fully remote position with flexible working hours. The employee is expected to maintain professionalism and meet deadlines, irrespective of location or time zone. 6. Experience Certificate After six (6) months of continuous engagement and satisfactory performance, the employee will receive an official Experience Certificate from B2World (BTOW Pvt. Ltd.) acknowledging their contributions. 7. Termination Policy There is no direct termination for underperformance. However, consistent failure to meet targets, unethical practices, or violation of company policies may lead to review or discontinuation of engagement. Since this is a target-based opportunity, earnings are entirely performance-dependent. 8. Confidentiality Clause All client data, leads, and project details acquired during employment are the intellectual property of B2World. Employees are strictly prohibited from sharing or using such data for personal or external purposes. Any breach will result in legal and disciplinary action. 9.
