We are looking for a Software Engineering Intern (Golang) to join our core engineering team. This role is ideal for students or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience building high-performance distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure. As an intern, you will work closely with senior engineers on core protocol components, backend services, and tooling written in Go (Golang).

Responsibilities

Writing and maintaining Golang-based backend and protocol components.
Assisting in the development of consensus, execution, or networking modules.
Building internal tools and services for node operation, indexing, or observability.
Working with high-throughput, low-latency systems.
Debugging, testing, and optimising existing codebases.
Collaborating with protocol, infra, and product teams.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong fundamentals in Golang (or strong in another language with a willingness to learn Go).
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and systems programming.
Basic knowledge of concurrency, networking, or distributed systems.
Curiosity about blockchains, Web3 or financial infrastructure.
Ability to write clean, readable, and well-tested code.
Familiarity with blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, or BFT systems.
Experience with REST/gRPC APIs.
Knowledge of EVM, Ethereum tooling, or Engine-API.
Exposure to cryptography or zero-knowledge systems.
Experience working with Linux-based environments.
