Software Functional Consultant Intern

About the Role

We are seeking a Software Functional Consultant Intern to join our ERP implementation team. This internship is ideal for B.Com, M.Com, or MBA students or recent graduates who are eager to begin a career in business software consulting.
No technical background is required — just a solid understanding of business processes and a willingness to learn how technology can improve them.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in understanding client business processes and mapping them to software workflows.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and help document functional needs.
• Support system configuration, testing, and data entry activities under supervision.
• Help prepare user manuals, training materials, and project documentation.
• Provide basic user support and issue tracking during project implementation.
• Learn and understand ERP and business management software functionality (training will be provided).

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance, Accounting, or related specialization preferred).
• Strong understanding of business operations, especially in accounting, sales, purchasing, or inventory.
• Accounting knowledge is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software is an added advantage.
• Good documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn new software systems and business processes.
• Detail-oriented and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.

Internship Details

• Duration: 4 months
• Training: Provided on ERP systems and business processes.
• Working Hours: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
