At Barclays, you won't just anticipate the future - you'll be creating it. **Role Overview:** You will be part of the Network Planning & Inventory Engineering team, responsible for designing, building, and running network services planning, Network-as-a-Service exposure, real-time inventory management solutions for the Barclays Global Network. This team is a part of the newly formed Network OSS & Tools functional unit in the Network Product domain at Barclays. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience exposing Network "topology and state" as a Digital Twin platform - Expertise in Programming languages like Python, Java, Golang - Proficient in designing and developing APIs with a thorough understanding of RESTful principles - Skilled in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices and GitHub workflows - Experience with containerization using Docker and designing microservices architecture - Expertise in Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud technologies - Extensive experience in designing, analyzing, and optimizing algorithms **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with open-source tooling (netbox or similar), no-sql/graph databases, and streaming telemetry - Ability to lead API strategy, development, and integration - Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like grafana/ELK - Knowledge of WAN/SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN networks - Sound understanding of automating build, test, and deployment pipelines Barclays values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship, along with the Barclays Mindset to Empower, Challenge, and Drive, are expected to be demonstrated by all colleagues.,
