Job Description

Position Summary

Candidate will work in fast-paced, high-energy team focusing on design & development of the Session Border Controller (SBC) product. He/she will be responsible for end-to-end feature development which includes requirements discussions, design, coding, unit/feature testing, bug fixing, and working closely with test team.

Experience and Skills

Expert in one or more VoIP protocols such as SIP
Experience developing and sustaining VOIP products such as SBCs, B2BUAs
Experience in development of telecom signaling protocols and call control logic.
Strong programming experience in C / C++ on any Linux platform with good debugging skills
Strong knowledge of data structures & algorithms
Minimum experience of 5+ years in telecom software design and development

Preferred Experience

Understanding of RTP, RTCP, SRTP, audio/video codecs and basics of transcoding
Preferably having experience on any of the cloud platforms such as Openstack, Amazon AWS, VMware etc
Hands on experience with SIPp and tools such as valgrind, flexelint
