As a Senior Manager in Scaled Engineering Services, you will lead the end-to-end execution of complex technology programs, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations, timelines, and budgets. Your role involves fostering high-performing, collaborative teams, resolving delivery challenges, and driving successful execution of technology programs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree - 15+ years of experience in IT services with expertise in project delivery, team leadership, and client communication - Oral and written proficiency in English - Strong background in managing project lifecycle activities and enterprise technology landscapes - Expertise in designing and managing scalable cloud architectures using AWS/Azure or GCP - Good understanding of CI/CD process and ability to participate in design for deployment Additional Details: At PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you will actively support various services from Advisory to Assurance, Tax, and Business Services. As part of the Software Engineering team, you will lead and manage a mid-to-large engineering team across multiple locations, ensuring team performance and delivery quality.
