Software Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager is responsible for managing the performance and results of multiple agile teams within the Engineering organization. This role includes overseeing planning, staffing, budgeting, and managing expense priorities. Recommendations and implementations of changes to methods are also part of the responsibilities.
