Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced React Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js and front-end development, with working knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and state management libraries. This role requires building highly responsive user interfaces, collaborating with backend teams to integrate APIs, and delivering seamless user experiences in an agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance UI components.

• Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs in collaboration with backend teams.

• Apply best practices for performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.

• Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, or equivalent).

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry standards.

• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and design sessions.

• Work in agile teams, collaborating with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and designers.

• Ensure adherence to accessibility and web security best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring application stability and performance.

Years of Experience

• 2 to 5 years in front-end application development (excluding internship experience).

Education Qualification & Certifications (Optional)

Required Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have):

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Proficiency with TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, MobX, etc.).

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend security best practices.

• Familiarity with responsive design frameworks (Material UI, Chakra UI, or similar).

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Secondary Skills (good to have):

• Familiarity with Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Experience with performance monitoring and logging tools.

• Knowledge of design systems and component-driven development.

• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and micro frontend architecture.
