Software Engineer Unreal

You will be joining Quidich Innovation Labs, a global company based in Mumbai, India, specializing in tailored technology solutions for Sports Broadcast. The company believes in the storytelling power of sports to unite people and focuses on enhancing fan experience through innovative broadcast techniques. Quidich has a track record of developing technology tools deployed in prestigious tournaments like the Indian Premier League, ICC Mens T20 World Cup, ICC Womens World Cup, and Men's FIH Hockey World Cup. As a Software Engineer specializing in the Unreal Engine, you will play a crucial role in developing Quidich's virtual rendering system. Your responsibilities will include writing and maintaining code in Unreal Engine for sports broadcasting applications, collaborating closely with the design team, implementing and enhancing graphics-related code, and creating systems and features using C++ and Blueprints in the Unreal Engine. You will also work on game play mechanics, troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and ensure timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in game or application development, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Unreal Engine. Proficiency in C++, 3D Math, AI, Physics, and design sensibility are essential. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills, experience in CPU and GPU optimization, knowledge of debugging and profiling, and familiarity with graphics APIs and shaders are required. Experience with AR/VR, multiplayer networking, Virtual Production workflow, and relevant APIs in broadcasting will be advantageous. You will report to the Product Lead and the joining date for this role is immediate to 30 days in Mumbai.
